Every transmission thread needs a threaded nut to match. We manufacture whirled, cut and milled threaded nuts based on your technical drawing, a prototype, or an existing sample.
We can realize any design for your individual threaded nut or lead screw nut. Whether you require a left handed flange nut, a high pitch sleeve nut with 20 starts or a trapezoidal nut with an inner thread of 2,000 mm length. With our custom build machinery we are able to manufacture highly customized threaded nuts.
We can also provide you with a trapezoidal nut as a replacement for a worn out lead screw nut or lifting nut.

It is essential to achieve an exact fit between the screw and the threaded nut to achieve true precision in the entire screw assembly. The nut will be manufactured according to your predefined requirements.
We can manufacture threaded nuts in any size, geometries and materials our customers need – even in large profiles, high pitches or with extra-long internal threads up to 2,000 mm in length.
