Custom made trapezoidal threads

We manufacture trapezoidal screw threads ready for installation, including all turning, milling and drilling operations as well as subsequent end machining and surface finishing.

On demand, we also provide your tongued trapezoidal screw thread in standard lengths from 6 metres.

In addition we manufacture special trapezoidal threads which exceed the standard measurements. We are able to produce threads in excess lengths up to 12 metres or longer, assembled by several single parts.

Application of trapezoidal threads

Trapezoidal threads convert circular motions in linear motion and are mainly used for lineal drives.

They can be used as lead screws in drilling machines or are applied in screw presses. Further examples for the application of trapezoidal threads are as follows:
