Thread whirling
Our main focus is the metal-cut production of whirled standard and custom-made external and internal threads.The whirling process differs from other production processes by the excellent quality of the threads.
It is the suitable process to produce extremely precise spindles requiring an extraordinarily high surface quality, which is close to grinding quality or better.
The process can be applied to different kinds of thread geometry, sizes and lengths, and any machinable material can be processed.
Due to our own in-house production of cutting tools we have the ability to produce special screw threads on short notice.
